MKG Report - September 2025

European hotel performance in September 2025 showed overall growth, with RevPAR increasing across many markets due to a mix of corporate and leisure demand. Upscale and luxury segments led the way, while major countries like the UK, Spain, France, and Italy benefited from events and conferences that boosted occupancy and pricing. Central European destinations such as the Czech Republic and Poland saw strong gains, while smaller markets like Belgium and the Netherlands also recorded positive trends. Germany remained an exception with declining performance, and Switzerland showed limited pricing power despite increased occupancy.
